PragEnterprise™ (Pragmedic Electronic Health Record)
PragEnterPrise™ is the healthcare community management solution. Epicenter of this solution is a Data warehouse containing EHR (Electronic Health Record) data over Oracle Database. This data warehouse is composed of five data repositories (databases) which are:
EMPI (Enterprise Master Patient Index): Enterprise Master Patient Index manages Enterprise wide MPI. In addition to it, there are patient contact information, insurance coverage, family demographics information and HCO systems’ MRN mapping information with EMPI.
CDR (Clinical Data Repository): Primarily, CDR contains clinical data of each patient including problems, allergies, medical history, medication profile, prescriptions and clinical notes. This repository also contains patient related scanned documents, laboratory and radiology images. Decision making is done by Clinical Decision Support. Second major part of CDR is Patient Health Record (PHR).
Directory of Service: Directories of HCOs, HCPs, their offered services, referring providers, HCPs schedules and specialties, Laboratories, Radiology and Pharmacies.
Messaging: This system supports text messaging like email, SMS and Fax services among enterprise users. This will maximize the referrals between community participants.
Security: This repository contains information for authentication and access privilege settings for patients, doctors, portal users.
All HCOs using either PragRecord™ or 3rd party vendors will be able to transfer data to and fro from central EHR through HL7/XML messaging interface provided with PragEnterprise™ product suite.
Patients will view directory contents, manage their personal and clinical data, assign access rights to HCPs and referring providers by PragPortal™ (provided with the suite).
Referring providers from all over the world will be able to create PragPortal™ account to register them and view granted clinical information of any particular patient (if authorized). This enhances care delivery process and maximizes referrals.
For a community, interaction between participants plays a vital role. So, within PragEnterprise™ lies a messaging system to provide interaction between patients, HCPs, laboratory/radiology/pharmacy facility users and referring providers. Patients can consult with HCPs, request appointments and referrals etc.
Call center representative can access PragEnterprise™ directory data through PragPortal™ and manage and answer patient calls in efficient manner.
PragEnterprise™ contains a bunch of ETL Services to send data to other systems e.g. Reporting systems.
