Provider Notes
This module provides a flexible approach to clinical note creations. Options include structured data entry, textual data entry, and citation of existing clinical data. Additionally, templates are available for structured data entry of notes through a knowledgebase-driven tool set with narrative generation of clinical notes. Note configurations can be standardized or configured to meet the needs of each site.
